Time w/God: 0
Observation & Correction: I switched over to decaf. tea this morning, instead of the usual "French Vanilla coffee" ...this is a start to my new *no caffeine due to hives* plan. BUT, I didn't even realize that the granola bars I had for breakfast have caffeine, too! (chocolate) Oops! So, we'll have to start again tomorrow. But, we'll still watch things today.
I'm planning on chewing gum for the afternoon to avoid snacking outside of hunger. It's a pretty handy tactic! :o).... and THAT went out the window 'cause chocolate was in the house! :-(

Observation & Correction: Today was better. I got the craving to eat something in mid-afternoon, but I ignored it and kept reading my book. Got hungry by 5pm, but hadn't started dinner, yet. So, I had a few chips & some juice. Didn't seem to hurt. Should've maybe had gum instead, though.

Time w/God: 0
Observation & Correction: Today was a major slip-up day! I think the idea of chocolate-restriction (no caffeine due to hives) has really triggered the bingeing. Anything I could get my hands on that involved chocolate I ate today.
:-(
Ah well. Tomorrow is a new day.

Observation & Correction: I woke up *wanting* those darn Frosted Oatmeal Bars, and had 2 for breakfast! My mind tells me this is "bad" (Food Police, again!). But, I know that -- because I really WAS hungry -- it's not BAD. It's not the healthiest choice I could make, but sometimes, ya know, I just don't care! Sometimes I want chocolate, and I want it for breakfast, and that's the end of it! Hmph!

Time w/God: 10 mins. reading Bible; reading "Velvet Elvis" (all afternoon)
TW Book: 0
Observation & Correction: Sometime in the afternoon, one of the kids said something about donuts, and my mind went, "Oooo, doonnnuuuts!" But, I couldn't go get donuts. And, I didn't have money to go get a chocolate bar. So, the next best thing was to make up some Frosted Oatmeal Bars! But, I argued with myself about it... they're soooo good that I can eat the whole pan in a day by myself... and that's not good! They're all sugar, basically. In the end, I gave in and made them. And, had 4 in the course of 5 hours. :-O Help!
