Breakfast:
- 1 bowl Shreddies w/sugar
- French Vanilla "coffee"
Ate: 0-4
Lunch:
- sm. plate of cheesy Italian tortellini casserole
(with mac & cheese mixed in)
(water)
Ate: -1 - 5
Snack: :-(
- 2 chocolate-covered Twinkies
(water)
Ate: 3-4
Dinner:
- milk
- corn
- pork chops in BBQ sauce-mix
- rice
Ate: 2-6
Snack:
- 1 Reese PB cup
- 1 choc.covered Twinkie
- 1 tootsie roll sucker
(water)

Exercise: 2 mile walk w/weights
Water: 4.5 glasses (2.5 bottles)
Time w/God: 0
Observation & Correction: Today was a major slip-up day! I think the idea of chocolate-restriction (no caffeine due to hives) has really triggered the bingeing. Anything I could get my hands on that involved chocolate I ate today.
:-(
Ah well. Tomorrow is a new day.
