BUT, I didn't even realize that the granola bars I had for breakfast have caffeine, too! (chocolate) Oops! So, we'll have to start again tomorrow. But, we'll still watch things today. &lt;br /&gt;I'm planning on chewing gum for the afternoon to avoid snacking outside of hunger. But, I argued with myself about it... they're soooo good that I can eat the whole pan in a day by myself... and that's not good! They're all sugar, basically. In the end, I gave in and made them. I drank half of it, and then felt sick to my stomach (overfull), and got super-shaky....whole body wanting to convulse from the high amount of caffeine. Normally I don't get that from one choc. bar &amp; a Coke. But, possibly, I was just too tired to take on that much caffeine today? I really need to cut that back... It's so not good for me. And, I don't mean that as it's a "bad" food, but in that it wreaks havoc on my system! :-? I'm starting to wonder if I have a sensitivity to caffeine? I had an allergic reaction (hives) the other day after having a lot of caffeine, when I wasn't taking "Reactine" (antihistamine). The Pringles &amp; caramel corn at lunchtime was while I was rooting through the cupboard for what to have for lunch. Bored, and unsure of what I wanted... it was there, so I ate it. The minestrone soup &amp; smoothie were GREAT choices! Felt good to feed myself HEALTHY foods, and I'm pretty sure I got in at least *half* of my veggie &amp; fruit "requirements" for the day! Whoohoo!&lt;br /&gt;The rootbeer &amp; ice cream bar after dinner were because DH &amp; I had gone used-car shopping, and it was hot out ... he wanted to stop &amp; get something to drink, so I joined in. I wasn't really hungry, but I was thirsty. numbers) on my &lt;a href="http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Thin_Within_Support"&gt;ThinWithin_Support&lt;/a&gt; group site. For me, it created more accountability -- knowing I had to "report" what I'd eaten to others helped me to be more conscious of what I put in my mouth.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For some, this may seem like "diet" behaviour. To me, it doesn't. For me, it's just a way to keep myself from snacking unconsciously. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I still keep in mind the &lt;a href="http://www.thinwithin.org"&gt;Thin Within&lt;/a&gt; "Keys to Conscious Eating" (eat only when hungry, stop when satisfied), but sometimes I still fall... sometimes I still eat for emotional reasons and such. "Confessing" this helps me to stay focused -- to not just let myself go back to my "old ways". &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, for all of those that enjoyed reading my Food Log, and for me, I've created this new blog as a place to keep myself accountable.
